Open Wednesday - Saturday, the Summer Pavilion is a first come, first serve (no reservations) laid-back outdoor oasis featuring a southern-inspired comfort food favorites, craft cocktails, and that unmistakable Hudson charm.

But Thursdays, we get even more special with:
